I am in the NC program, Berkeley AM, and own Pro-hg cookware I bought this year. It is made of titanium and ceramic. Does anyone know if this is a safe cookware. The company says the surface is made of 3 compounds. One layer of titanium, ceramic in the middle and another of titanium. Thanks for you input! Read more
